Easy Naan Bread

This recipe for homemade naan bread could not be any easier. There are 4 ingredients and the entire process takes about 10 mins, and they even freeze well.
Directions
- 1
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl
- 2
Combine yogurt with dry ingredients with a wooden spoon, and then your hands until a shaggy dough forms (it will be quite wet and sticky on your hands, avoid the temptation to add more flour at this stage)
- 3
Flour your countertop and gently knead the dough (don't over-knead so it remains soft). Incorporate enough of the bench flour so you can form a ball without the dough sticking to your hands
- 4
Cut the dough ball into 6 pieces and form a ball (somewhere between the size of a golf ball and a tennis ball) out of each piece
- 5
Heat a cast iron, or carbon steel skillet to medium heat (do not add oil or butter, keep it dry)
- 6
One at a time, flatten out the balls - using your fingers to start and then with a rolling pin. Roll it out until it is very thin (about 1/8 inch thick)
- 7
One at a time, place the rolled-out dough pieces in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side (you should see bubbles form when you first place the dough in the skillet)
- 8
Enjoy!
