Ingredients: 3 large, ripe avocados - smashed (leave it a bit chunky); 0.75 cup fresh cilantro - chopped finely; 1 fresh jalapeno pepper - chopped finely; 1 large heirloom tomato - seeds removed and chopped; 2 cloves garlic - crushed; Juice of 1/2 a lemon; Juice of 1 lime; 4 scallions (green part only) - chopped (optional); 1 tsp ground pepper; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 0.5 tsp salt; 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (add more if you like it spicy)
